Redesigned the institutional onboarding process โ improving conversion cycle time and directly contributing to significant new asset growth.
Promoted from Senior Analyst to Associate within one year. Led cross-regional regulatory compliance for a 15-member global team, building processes that improved execution velocity and audit readiness. Identified a critical control gap and designed a second-line review protocol. Automated a full regulatory reporting workstream using Alteryx, and resolved Tableau dashboard integrity issues that posed significant penalty exposure.
Led cross-functional workstreams for major clients across supply chain, working capital, and organizational transformation. Identified an $80โ150M working capital improvement opportunity for a building products distributor. Built PMO infrastructure for a $25B retail acquisition. Translated complex operational diagnoses into board-level narratives and executable roadmaps that held under C-suite and partner scrutiny.
Operated inside a rapidly scaling retail brand. Built unit economics models for California expansion that revealed a structural break-even problem โ $13 vs. the brand's sub-$10 target โ directly informing a C-suite decision to pause growth. Secured the company's first airport licensing deal. Identified a supply chain vulnerability and redesigned the real estate stage-gate process. Role concluded due to company restructuring.
Joined post-acquisition to lead monetization strategy within eBay's integration of TCGplayer. Built multi-year P&L models projecting $19M+ in annual revenue with a Year 3 breakeven path. Conducted seller segmentation and churn analysis that informed fee structure rollout and secured CFO approval of long-range planning. Directed 5 cross-functional monetization initiatives across Finance, Product, and Engineering. Role concluded due to company restructuring.
